We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Community Inclusion Worker to support two individuals with complex needs in the Muscliffe area.

This role requires experience working with individuals with Autism or Complex Care, particularly those requiring 2:1 support.

Our team uses alternative communication methods such as PECs boards, signalong, or repeating specific phrases to ensure effective communication.

In this position, you will work closely with Mike, who has limited vocabulary and repeats certain phrases.
