Care Assistant for Complex Needs

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Nightingale, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our service users to develop personalized care plans, promoting their independence and well-being.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, with the possibility of extension or permanent position.
You will work 42 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and receive a competitive hourly rate of £75.00 per hour.
