Job Description
As a Pediatric Complex Care Specialist, you will provide tailored support to a pediatric client requiring specialized care, including tracheostomy management and manual handling. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the client's physical and emotional well-being, promoting independence and dignity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant. Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, and a driving license is preferred. You should possess a strong commitment to delivering quality care and support.
