Job Overview

About the Position

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will be expected to lead treatment plans, supervise junior medical staff, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality clinical services to children and adolescents with mental health needs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
* Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
* Supervise junior medical staff and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a CCT in Psychiatry or equivalent experience, as well as Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician approval. Strong communication skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential. Additionally, you should have experience in supervising junior medical staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is £83,962 - £110,683, depending on experience.
