Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Care First 24. The successful candidate will provide specialist care to a pediatric client, managing tracheostomy care and performing manual handling tasks while ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to a pediatric client, addressing their unique needs and preferences
- Manage tracheostomy care, including cleaning and replacing tubes, and performing suctioning procedures
- Perform manual handling tasks to assist the client with mobility and transfer
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client and their family, fostering trust and open communication

Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing the client's needs and well-being
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines
