Mental Health Care Professional

As a Support Worker with Autism Unlimited, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism or Complex Care needs in the Kinson area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring the individual's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. You will be working on a 2:1 basis, supporting individuals with varying needs, and must have a Full UK driving licence.
Your duties will include:
- Providing personalized support with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Maintaining accurate records of care plans, finances, appointments, and medication.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans, in collaboration with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
A competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this position, along with benefits including cycle-to-work scheme, bespoke learning and development opportunities, and access to an employee assistance programme.
