Mental Health Professional Leadership Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Mental Health Professional Leader, you will be responsible for contributing to the maintenance, development, and improvement of the AMHP service to promote evidence-based good practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health social work practice, as well as experience of dealing with complex safeguarding/social care issues and proceedings. You will also require excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and supervise a team of professionals.
