About the Position

Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our addiction treatment centre in Bournemouth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the smooth functioning of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes.
    • Coach and mentor staff to develop their skills and abilities.
  • Client Services:
    • Ensure that clients receive person-centred care, tailored to their individual needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Quality Improvement:
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in an addiction or mental health setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Remuneration:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £35,300 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care and services.
