Senior Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team in delivering a high-quality service to individuals at risk of developing psychosis.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in working with individuals who require psychological interventions. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, formulating care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatments to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner to take on a leadership role within the ARMS Pathway, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Mental Health Specialist, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in psychosocial interventions, clinical supervision, and training others. You will also be required to participate in audit and research activities to enhance the quality of services provided.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,890 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
