Mental Health Services Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Mental Health Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
The Mental Health Services Manager will work closely with the Advance Clinical Practitioner to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice in mental health care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address patient needs.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including Local Authority, Primary Care colleagues, and third sector providers.
Requirements:
- Registered Practitioner (Nursing, Allied Health Profession, Social Work)
- Educated to Masters level or equivalent level of highly developed specialist knowledge and experience
- Experience of Teaching and Assessing In Clinical Practice
- Non-medical prescriber
- Recent experience within a community CMHT role at band 6 or demonstrate transferable experience
- Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge in clinical assessment, treatment, and care for people's mental health
