Mental Health Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential home in Bournemouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents, while also promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a managerial role within a mental health care setting, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with mental health conditions. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of care professionals.
