Job Description:

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our addiction treatment centre, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and provide exceptional services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
    • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Client Care:
    • Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to all clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain and improve service quality through regular audits and reviews.
    • Implement corrective actions to address any areas of concern.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
    • Manage safeguarding procedures to protect clients and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in an addiction or mental health setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in addiction treatment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Salary and Benefits:

£35,300 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours.
