We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Steps 2 Wellbeing Team in Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch as a Trainee Mental Health Practitioner.

This rewarding role involves providing psychological interventions to individuals with mild to moderate common mental health problems in primary care settings.

As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to undertake academic training provided by the University of Exeter, alongside on-job training in CBT-based self-management.

You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, receiving intensive supervision and guidance throughout your training.

Dorset HealthCare is a forward-looking Trust, delivering outstanding healthcare services to our community through 12 community hospitals, specialist inpatient facilities, and integrated community and mental health services.

This is a full-time position, with part-time applications not considered due to University commitments.
