About the Role
Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Community Team as a CAMHS Community Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team providing high-quality care to young people and their families.
Main Responsibilities
As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing new young people coming through the service, holding a clinical caseload of people undertaking short-term, evidence-based interventions in line with our care pathways, and providing some duty cover when needed. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure high standards of clinical practice when working with all young people and their families.
Working Arrangements
We offer a mix of digital, face-to-face, and home working, with various base hubs available across the county for staff who live in the West to use as their base. We also offer a generous relocation package of up to £10,000 for those interested in moving to Dorset.
Requirements
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced DBS check. We welcome applications from experienced Mental Health Practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to young people and their families.
