**Teaching Assistant Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled teaching assistant to join our ASC resource base, where you will play a key role in supporting students with Autism and contributing to their educational success.

About the Position:

  • You will work closely with the SEND teacher and other teaching assistants to create a supportive learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.
  • Your expertise and patience will be essential in developing and implementing individualized plans for students with Autism.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience working with children with Autism or similar special educational needs.
  • Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to achieve shared goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000, dependent on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
