Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in learning disabilities
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff management and leadership
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and industry best practices
