Experienced Learning Disabilities Manager Wanted

About the Role
We are recruiting for a skilled Registered Manager to lead our residential service in the Bournemouth area, providing care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience as Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- Strong leadership skills, including QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health, and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience as Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
- Leadership skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality person-centred care
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
