Job Responsibilities- Manage a team to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
The successful candidate will have great knowledge and understanding of people living with an acquired brain injury within a residential home setting. They will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
Requirements- Experience working with acquired brain injury service users
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary, including a 21% annual bonus, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
