We are recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Bournemouth. As a Residential Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, fostering strong relationships, and overseeing resource management.
About the Role
- Lead and manage a team of carers and support staff
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality patient care and excellent service standards
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including those set by the CQC
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
