About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Leader to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited. As a Residential Care Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to service users.

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver person-centred care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults.

Job Specification

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Bonus: 21% annual bonus

Clients: Acquired Brain Injury small service

Experience in managing residential homes for people with acquired brain injury is ideal.
