This Casual Child Residential Support Worker role at Budwood Ltd involves providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care packages, promoting the welfare and well-being of our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with children and young people, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, covering sicknesses, annual leave, and varying hours/shifts as needed. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.17 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience), a sleep-in allowance of £64 per night, and other benefits such as holiday accrual and monthly clinical and professional supervisions.
