Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Lisburn, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and needs.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and ensuring long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently striving for excellence and improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
