Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Southern Region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
**Salary:** £23,000-£25,000 + OTE £27,000-£29,000 per annum.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews and skill assessments, ensuring smooth candidate registration and onboarding, and delivering client-specific training when required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in account management or recruitment and possess strong communication skills across all levels. They will also be responsible, accountable, and committed to delivering quality service. The salary range for this position is £23,000-£25,000 + OTE £27,000-£29,000 per annum.
