The Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead creative campaigns to elevate Flock's brand presence, engage customers and brokers, and drive growth. You'll collaborate across teams to develop innovative marketing strategies, from events and webinars to online campaigns and targeting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Own the full spectrum of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Development: Shape and uphold Flock's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all touch points.
  • Content Creation: Lead content strategy and production, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and newsletters, ensuring messaging is clear, human, and data-backed.
  • Manage Marketing Suppliers: Lead a network of partners who support Flock's design, web, online marketing, merchandise, and events needs.
  • Analytics and Optimisation: Use data to measure the success of campaigns, optimise performance, and demonstrate the return on marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership, product teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are innovative, aligned with business objectives, and reflective of Flock's mission to reduce risk.

What You'll Bring to Flock

  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a tech, insurtech, or related industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics. Experience with content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid media. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimise campaigns. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to create high-quality visuals. A doer mindset that drives you to maintain high levels of marketing activity and execution.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially targeting brokers or fleets. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. A passion for data-driven marketing and a genuine interest in making the world quantifiably safer.
