Customer Service Advisor

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers as opportunities arise
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 and SAP/Magento
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations
