Children's Ministry Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our children's ministry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that cater to the spiritual growth and well-being of children in our community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading weekly children's services, including storytelling and worship
- Collaborating with volunteers to plan and execute Messy Church events
- Coordinating The Well, a junior church program during the 10:30am service
- Engaging with local schools and community organizations to promote our ministry
- Maintaining relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure a supportive environment
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of children's spiritual development and be able to communicate effectively with children and adults alike. A salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is available for this role.
