Job Title: Children's Ministry Director

We are seeking a talented leader to oversee our children's ministry at Chester Voluntary Action. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing programs for kids, as well as building strong relationships with volunteers and community partners.

This role includes:

  • Leading weekly Sunday services for children and families
  • Developing and implementing engaging storytelling sessions for pre-schoolers and their families
  • Messy Church (monthly service of story, song, craft, and food)
  • The Well (Junior Church provision during the 10:30am sung Eucharist)
  • Seasonal engagement with schools and the community

Estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
