We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our 4-bedded Children's home in Winsford, providing exceptional care to autistic children.
Job Description
- As the Registered Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the effective and safe operation of the service, adhering to Ofsted regulations.
- You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people residing in the home, including strategic planning and day-to-day management.
- Your role will involve maintaining and expanding established principles and practice standards within iMap, contributing to continuous improvement in childcare services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience supporting young people with autism/learning disabilities is required, along with 4 years in a leadership or managerial role under Ofsted.
- Necessary qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and a Level 3 Working with Children and Young People qualification.
