As Inspirational School Director, you will be responsible for inspiring and influencing others, within and beyond the school, to believe in the fundamental importance and value of education in young people's lives.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of proven, strong, successful leadership and management experience in a school, with a clear understanding of what makes good and outstanding teaching. A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is offered, along with a range of benefits.

You will be required to undertake an Enhanced/with child/adult barred/Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
