School Support Assistant Role in Chester

The Teaching Executives Ltd is a leading provider of educational staffing solutions with 20 years of experience. We are currently seeking School Support Assistants to work in various secondary schools throughout Chester.

In this role, you will provide support and guidance to students, cover lessons in the absence of teachers, and supervise throughout the school day. You will also contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal growth of students.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, a comprehensive training program, and ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure your success in the role. Successful candidates will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and guidance to students;
  • Covering lessons in the absence of teachers;
  • Supervising throughout the school day;
  • Contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues. A degree in education or a related field is preferred but not required.
