Company Overview: Nirvanamanagedservices'd is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness of our SENs School.

Salary: £425.18 per month, paid 12 months a year (pro-rata)

Job Description: As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are clean, sanitary, and presentable at all times. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. You will also restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and follow established safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Vacuum and mop floors as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred.
