As Head of Educational Institution, you will be responsible for providing professional vision and leadership for the school, recording and reporting on progress of pupils, and acting as Designated Safeguard lead.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of proven, strong, successful leadership and management experience in a school, with a clear understanding of what makes good and outstanding teaching. Experience in SEND provision, particularly autism, is also essential.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is offered, along with a range of benefits including a Bike to Work Scheme, Tech Scheme, Paid Sick Pay, and Comprehensive Training Package.
