Are you a highly motivated and results-driven Head of School Leadership? We are seeking a talented Principal to lead our team at Winner Education in Cheshire. This is a full-time temp to perm position that requires a candidate with previous experience as a principal within Special Educational Needs placements.

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire students, and a passion for education. If you are an experienced leader looking for a new challenge, please consider this opportunity.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 per annum, plus a generous £750 joining bonus after successful completion of 10 days. Our school provides independent special educational needs placements, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
