Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Develop and implement strategic plans for Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, and Waitrose to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within these retailers.
\u2022 Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and taking proactive action to optimise sales.
\u2022 Negotiate terms, promotions, and joint business plans to ensure mutual growth and profitability.

\u2022 Champion company mission in all interactions with retailers.
\u2022 Work closely with marketing and CSR teams to align sales strategies with the brand's mission and communicate this effectively to retail partners.

\u2022 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform account strategies.
\u2022 Provide feedback and recommendations to internal teams to enhance product offerings and positioning.

\u2022 Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and delivery of account objectives.
\u2022 Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their development.

Key Requirements:

\u2022 Proven track record in a senior account management role, preferably within FMCG, with direct experience managing top-tier UK retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose).
\u2022 Experience working in a mission-led or purpose-driven business, with a passion for promoting ethical and sustainable practices.
\u2022 Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships at all levels.
\u2022 Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
\u2022 Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
\u2022 Data-driven with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and market trends.
\u2022 Passionate about working for a mission-led business
\u2022 Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently from a home base.
\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\u2022 Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
