Based in High Wycombe
As Office Manager for Ebury Mass Payments, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our High Wycombe office. You will work closely with the Head of Mass Payments and the Senior Leadership team to deliver a first-class workplace experience for our employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing offices, assets, and facilities, including employee experience, facilities contract services, and maintenance.
- Leading health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and organizing staff training.
- Providing administrative support to executives, including travel bookings, expenses, and event planning.
- Managing inventory, real estate, and landlord relationships.
- Negotiating with suppliers and managing budgets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in multi-site administration, including meeting services, events, and purchasing.
- Facilities health and safety experience, with IOSH certification desirable.
