Office Manager - A Dream Role for the Ambitious

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role, working closely with our Location General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
  • Digital marketing management
  • Management of requests and delivery
  • Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software including approval of digital invoices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Close weekly books
  • Debt analysis and report
  • Future business analysis and sense check
  • Weekly paperwork submission to central office
  • Developing sales and marketing plans
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently

We estimate that this role will pay between £25,000-£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
