Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Healthcare Supporter, your duties may include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assisting with meal times, including serving food and drinks and providing emotional support.
  • Following individual care plans to ensure each resident receives the necessary support and care.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of around £19,000 per annum, plus flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm-hearted approach. Previous experience caring for older people is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
