Personal Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Thurso, Caithness. This is a 30-hour per week role, requiring flexibility, including weekends. In this rewarding career opportunity, you will have the chance to make a real difference in someone's life.
About the RoleYou will work closely with the lady we support, her tailored care and support plan, and our trained staff team to meet her individual needs. Your kindness, patience, and empathy will be essential qualities for this role. Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role is beneficial, but not essential. A driver would be an advantage, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support in all aspects of daily living for the lady we support.
