This Support Worker role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others. As a member of our team, you will provide support to a lady who lives independently in her own home, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting her independence.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the lady with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Encouraging social interaction and engagement
- Supporting the development of skills and interests
Requirements:
- Previous experience of autism would be beneficial, but not essential
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and compassionate approach
