About the Job

This Support Worker role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others. As a member of our team, you will provide support to a lady who lives independently in her own home, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting her independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the lady with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Encouraging social interaction and engagement
  • Supporting the development of skills and interests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of autism would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and compassionate approach
