  • Admission process with comprehensive orientation for new residents.
  • Safe transfer and discharge coordination.
  • Effective management of medication supplies, controls, and security.
  • Nursing care planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet residents' needs.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN) or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Friendly and supportive interaction with residents and colleagues.
  • Understanding of resident rights and dignity.
  • Laws and regulations knowledge.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year
