Job Description
As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. You will also be required to follow care plans, administer medication, and participate in staff meetings to discuss resident care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience of caring for older people
- A can-do approach and excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £21,500-£24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
