About the Job

We are recruiting for a Home Care Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to service users in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver person-centred care to patients in their own homes.
  • Support service users to develop skills and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve best outcomes.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and induction, and there is no requirement for prior experience. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around £26,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
