About the Role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Provider to join our team. As a Senior Care Provider, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized care to our residents, assisting them with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for administering medication, recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to providing direct care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring that all areas of the home are well-maintained.
