Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Thurso. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories with our residents.

About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, your day-to-day tasks may include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time. You will work closely with our care teams to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. This is an opportunity to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career in a rewarding environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £21,500-£24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
