The Highland Health and Social Care Services team delivers vital assistance to individuals from all walks of life, including their families or caregivers, addressing issues related to illness, disability, old age, or poverty.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the integrated team at William Smith House in Thurso.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with patients in their own homes, providing holistic care that focuses on maximizing and maintaining their independence.
Essential responsibilities include providing support and assistance to service users, upholding high standards of patient care, and being adaptable, using your initiative, and working effectively as part of our team.
New recruits will benefit from comprehensive training and induction, facilitating professional growth. Opportunities exist for completing an SVQ in Health & Social Care and advancing your career.
A valid driving licence is required for this role, with applicants expected to have access to their own vehicle for work purposes; a pool vehicle is available for rural areas.
This permanent part-time position requires 13.81 hours per week, with working hours set at 7am-11am, 4 days on and 4 days off, or according to service requirements.
