Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in Thurso, Caithness. This is a 30-hour per week role, requiring flexibility, including weekends. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with the lady we support, her tailored care and support plan, and our trained staff team to meet her individual needs.

About the Lady We Support

The lady we support enjoys going for walks, meeting friends, and engaging in Scottish music, cinema, and pampering activities. She values kindness, patience, and empathy in those who care for her.

Key Requirements
  • Kindness, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
  • Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role is beneficial, but not essential.
  • A driver would be an advantage, but not required.
