Support Care Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our experienced team members to ensure they receive the best possible care.

As a Support Care Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for older adults, working closely with our experienced team members to deliver person-centered care.
We're offering a competitive salary, starting at £20,000 per annum, plus benefits and development opportunities to help you grow your career.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
- Assisting with meal times, ensuring residents are supported and safe
- Helping residents maintain their independence, promoting autonomy and dignity
