Nurse Care Specialist

**Job Description**
Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in developing tailored care plans and providing medicine safely is also essential. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of around £32,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on their experience. Our benefits package includes access to wellbeing and support tools, a range of retail discounts and savings, and an offer to pay Health & Care Worker Visa immigration fees (for eligible nurses).
