Nursing Team Lead Position

We are recruiting for a Nursing Team Lead Position in our Thurso site, offering the opportunity to work in a leading NHS Scotland practice. As a Nursing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care provided by our team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient services.
This role is ideal for experienced nurses who want to develop their leadership skills and take on a new challenge. You will work closely with our practice managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
Salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits, including generous holiday entitlement and pension. We value autonomy and flexibility in our staff, so working days and hours can be negotiated to suit your needs.
