Administrative Support Specialist

About the Job:We are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Vulcan's security department. This role involves providing essential day-to-day administrative support to the operational security and emergency arrangements team.
- Manage visitor applications and ensure accurate security record-keeping.
- Edit and format departmental documents, accessing the UK Security Vetting portal for government security clearances.
- Offer administrative support to a collaborative onsite team.
- Contribute to key projects and enhance the team's overall performance.
Necessary Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, supporting a team in a highly compliant environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to adjust to changing circumstances while maintaining attention to detail.
This position necessitates a Security Check clearance. If you do not currently hold this clearance, Rolls-Royce will support your application.
